Omars, a delightful Kashmiri restaurant located at 46 Great Horton Rd, Bradford, has been receiving rave reviews from its customers. Diners appreciate the extensive menu, which boasts a variety of authentic dishes, including the standout onion bhaji and oversized naans that leave patrons thoroughly satisfied. Carys, a mother, especially commended the staff for accommodating her picky 5-year-old, highlighting the family-friendly atmosphere.
Sharon Drake and Gazo rave about the deliciousness of the lamb chops and Balti chicken, emphasizing the richness and authenticity of the flavors. The restaurant’s BYOB policy, with no corkage fees, adds to the appeal, making it a great spot for a casual meal without breaking the bank. Antra Egle’s experience with online orders further reinforces the restaurant's commitment to quality, noting the welcoming staff and fresh, flavorful dishes.

So much choice on the menu, the staff helped with a nervous/picky 5 year old. The Naans! So big and super tasty too! Really really impressed and would visit again if we were local.

Lovely food- we've tried most things on the menu now but best of everything (for me) is onion bhaji side dish and sharing a giant fluffy and well cooked naan, it's huge!!! My only 2 issues are 1) car parking -really difficult as I have mobility disability and never any available close by and 2) Toilet facilities are down spiral stairs - no good at all for me, so just remember a quite visit to the bathroom at home before we leave and as long as I don't drink too much, I can wait until I get back home. Definately worth a visit though, we love it! Thank you team

Balti house just out of the city centre. BYOB with no corkage charges . Superb food all round but big thumbs up for the lamb chops. Good prices & excellent staff . Will definitely be going again. Quick tip . You might be wise to book a table no matter what time you go . We went a 6pm & got the very last table.

Balti chicken was exceptionally nice. Also had meat Bhuna, again very good. Service via female waiter: commendable. Tandoori roti tasted, as mum used to make, traditional. Will visit again x

Delicious food, great staff. Always a pleasant experience! Good vegetarian options and can take your own alcohol. One of the best curry houses in Bradford centre and hasn't changed quality in years.

Just as good as I remember it! I used to come here with my boyfriend (now husband) whilst we were at uni (around 2004). The curries are still absolutely delicious and the naan breads are still huge! Excellent value for money and the staff are friendly and attentive. Also, right up the road from the Alhambra theatre and not far from Broadway shopping! We will definitely be visiting again - thanks so much for the fond memories No more purple carpet though!

Omars is famous for it's enormous naans but also the curry's are really good. We had pickle tray to start whilst not the best was ok then a couple of there special curry's lamb & fish that were really good & of course a naan bread. Staff were very friendly and asked us if we were going to theatre so could get things sorted faster that I thought was a nice touch. Would definitely go again
